2 weeks out today......

as of today, I am 2 weeks out from surgery and all in all, everything is going good. I started mushies today and I was so exicted to try some shrimp and it was AMAZING!! I am down 15 lbs since surgery and 20 total since I started my liquid diet 3 weeks ago.

 Congrats on the weight loss and 2 week mark.  I hit mine on Wednesday.  I am ready for some mushies.  I hope that I can tolerate it when I try it.

Thanks!! Mushies are soooo much better than the liquids!!! I was worried too...I even took soup to work today for my 1st day...but it turned out pretty good!

Congrats on your 2 weeks. My 2 weeks is on Thursday. I go to my surgeon on Wednesday. I sure hope that I get put on mushies then. I don't really have an appetite but I would just like to chew on something right now. Tired of just drinking. Not sure of how much I have lost since surgery but I lost 12.6 lbs during 2 week pre-op diet. Good luck on your journey!

Yea, my liquid diety was only a week....I was wondering how much more I would have lost if I had done 2 weeks LOL. I hope your journey is goind good and I hope u get put on mushies...it is sooooo much better than the liquids!!

 2 weeks this Thursday, follow up not until next Tuesday can't wait for next phase. Congrats on your progress!!!!!
