How much out of pocket?

I got an email from the hospital i'm having my surgery at(Centennial) asking if I wanted them to submit to my secondary INS. too. I don't know. I have United for my primary and Ameichoice as secondary. How much out of pocket am I looking at if I just go with United? And do you think it'll be harder to get approved through Americhoice too? Thanks!
