like i said its been awhile since i been on here, i'm still doing good i weigh 195 i just got home last night from the hospital for my tummy tuck, i love my sleeve ive lost 206 lbs i've been staying in the 190's i tyou'll be finehink i'll stay in that range, i look to skinny sometimes, i still need to do more muscle training me and my gf r joining a gym here soon so that will be great. so all you newbies stick with it remember its only a tool. bobby exnavy
