Cross my legs
Sit in smaller chairs
Slide into restaurant booths/behind the steering wheel of cars
Fasten my car seatbelt
Find clothes/shoes that fit
Paint my toenails
Curl up in a recliner (before I barely fit, now I can curl up sideways)
Look at myself in the mirror/in pictures
Get in/out of the car in tight parking spots
Walk between racks in the clothing stores (even plus size stores put racks so close together!)
Run/walk/work out
Bend over and pick things up/tie my shoes
Step on the scale in the doctor's office (that was torture before!)

I could go on and on and on and on and on...

Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

do housework without having to rest
decorate/undecorate the house for the holidays
get up in the morning
enjoy a meal without overeating
try on clothes
have a day without pain
take vitamins instead of medication

 SMET... Put socks on and Tie my shoes, wipe my behind, walk, do physical activites, fit into a chair, cross my legs, get out of a chair.

SO MUCH EASIER TO:

Go through turnstyles !
Take the dog for a walk
Stand in line for anything
Walk (tossed my cane away !!)
Exercise !
Sleep well
Wake up refreshed
Garden !
Stay healthy !

The other day I actually took off my high heel boots while sitting in the driver's seat of my car with the door closed and replace them with my tennis shoes.

So looking forward to..

So Much Easier To...

Walk without shorts riding up the crotch. (thigh rub)
Sit in a stadium chair without having sore thighs because I currently spread em.
SEX without all of the extra effort due to the fat. I want to enjoy the exertion not loath it  
(positions people positions.....)

SMET: cross my legs, go into a store and just "pick a little something up" to wear last minute, fit into bathroom stalls, do *anything* physical, wear high heels (especially sexy boot heels!), feel confident about my physique enough to start running, try on and buy wedding gowns!

GROCERY SHOP! Cutting out all those crap foods is a definite wallet saver

Sit in the funny yoga positions that I always preferred
Sit on the floor without my body becoming sore in 5 minutes
