Just over 4 months since surgery...

 And I finally hit the 70lb mark today.  I am excited.  I m working out like champ and feeling so much better.  The compliments are starting to roll in... and I love them.  Compliments make me keep up my mojo.  Loving the energy I get from random people :)  HAPPY DAY FOR ME :)

 I am just shy of 1 month post-op & was wondering at 4 months, about how many calories (on average) do you consume per day while working out? I would like to start exercising but just cannot imagine working out while only getting 500-600 calories/day! I would love to hear how you have achieved your success! What kinds of things & how much are you eating. Sorry for all of the questions...it is just that I am still in the "pureed" stage and really want to make good choices so that I have steady weight loss too. Thank you for any responses in advance :)
