Frisco-Tuna ala Can Can

OK...sucked you into what you thought might be something new and special.......

Some people have responded that they think I eat great all the time?????

The truth is I do eat what I like and what tastes good to me within my guidelines....Sure, I would like to to eat rice, bread, pasta, potatoes at every meal......Not my reality anymore and I'm OK with that as long as it helps me retain my weight range and 31" waist......

Sometimes.....I just need a can of Tuna......Sometimes right outta the can....most times on a paper plate.....

Here is about 2oz. of Canned Water packed Albacore Tuna mixed about 50-50 with chopped Celery and Full On Mayo (I used Light during WL) folded in.... Topped with a Feta Crumble........

I'm not into the Tuna Salads with to much stuff.....pickles, herbs, sweet, sour..... ect.......like it nice and basic.....! It is actually the food I crave when I get back home from a trip......Basic......

How does that go down?  I know you are far into maintenance and I'm sure can get any meats down but tuna always seems so dry to me.  Especially the water packed.

same here. I was a canned tuna lover before VSG but now it doesn't go down well, no matter how much mayo I put =(

i have a small 2 cup food processor and used to puree my tuna in the early mushy phases; sometimes with fat free mayo or pickle juice. looks like cat food but goes down easily. add some water or other liquid if you like.   Diane

You make everything look great. Still waiting on that cookbook. I need lessons with spices too, how and when to use them.
