Boxing

Anyone doing boxing videos for cardio that you actually use the heavy bag and speed bag?

I use a heavy bag everyday not for boxing but for muay Thai training. I did wait at lest 8 weeks before doing this. a heavy bag will work your cardio if you move around the bag 

I asked the same question yesterday about if it was okay to do boxing.  I have bought a year membership at a boxing gym and also have my own heavy bag. 

What videos do you have for boxing?

 Don't have any videos yet. Looking for one that works you out on the heavy and speed bags.
