Thought I would share with the newbies and whoever wants to drink them..They as good as Premiere Protein just a bit thinner. Ohhhh... I get them at GNC...Special today was buy one get one for 50% off..came to 34 and some change for 24 bottles!!!

These are the best RTD value per bottle I think. I usually drink powders now but when I travel these are my go-to.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5

I enjoy them because getting up at 430 am, on a work morning and out the door by 6...They are easy!
