It's Friday!  Yay!

B: protein mint hot chocolate
S: 1 oz cheese, 1 oz sausage, coffee w/sugar free creamer
L: 2.5oz chicken lunch meat, .5 oz tilapia, 3 orange slices
S: cheese stick
D: not sure yet

water: over half done
vitamins: yep
exercise: none

Boy I need to get back into this. I've hit another "not hungry phase" for me that equals not enough protein!

B: 3/4 C Coffe, 3/4 C Non Fat Milk (my latte)
S: Nothing, just haven't been hungry
L: Starbucks Turkey & Swiss sandwhich, internals only (no bread), half the sandwich so far (about 1.5 oz turkey,1/2 oz swiss cheese, slice of lettuce)
S: Probably nothing, forgot to pack my string cheese
D: Chicken wings leftover from last night, my son didn't like them
S: Better get me a protein shake and some string cheese tonight!!! Bad girl!

L - Tuna salad and cheese

D - Filet wraped in bacon (mmmmm....bacon)
S - Maybe the other 1/2 of the filet wrapped in bacon (mmmm ... bacon)

Water - 6 of 10
Vitamins - All done except Calcium. I take that later.
Exercise - weights with the hubby

D:  Maybe leftover grilled chicken from Mexican restaurant last night

L- Turkey. Hummus. Cheese.
D- No clue we will be at a hockey game, and we eat at their resturant before and that menu is ever changing

 Wow you all always make me feel so guilty when I read what everyone else eats oh well here goes breakfast coffee with cream and sugar  macadamianut cookie
Breakfast 3 in subway chicken sandwich with everything f yep everything f 
Lunch 3 in subway chicken sandwich 
Snack oops cookie 
Dinner cup of chilis enchilada soup

There is always tomorrow I actuall added a calorie tracker ap to my phone and for today I didn't do as bad as it reads said I ate 1397 cal and burned 1357 so not too bad just trying to maintain here cheers ya all

L:  10 oz. 2% Milk
S:  Pure Protein Bar
D:  1/2 c. Brussel Sprouts, 85% lean beef patty, 1 tbsp potato salad
S:  1/4 slice of Panettone


Water: 4 more oz and I will have 66 oz
Exercise:  2 hr at gym -1 hr cardio and 1 hr weights
Vitamins: yep
