LND: 3 chicken wings, 1 oz cheese
LNS: herbal tea, 1T peanut butter
B: one scrambled egg, 1/2 slice cheese
S: coffee w/ non-fat caramel macchiatto creamer
L: 2 chicken wings, 3T guacamole
S: 1 oz cheese or pistachios
D: 2oz pork taco meat, 2T salsa, 2T refried beans
S: probably herbal tea and maybe some jerky
water: half done
vitamins: yep
exercise: walk the dogs

LND: a piece of chicken off of the hubs dinner plate
LN excersize- one hour with the personal trainer.
B: 1/2 of 1/2 of a breakfast sandwich- sausage, egg, avo from Boudins and hot tea with lemon and honey. So yummy..especially for the sore throat I have :(
L: The other 1/2 of the 1/2 of that most delicious breakfast sandwich
D: Orange Roughy fish from fish house. One of my faves.
Excersize- 30-45 minutes jog/walk on the treadmill. 1 hour weights
Bk: I had a little sandwich thin mini and cheese and coffee
S: Premier protein bar
S: 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese (i had to learn the hard way i cannot eat 1/2 bagel because then I got the foamies...while riding)
S: 2 cliff bar minis
I went on a 32 mile bike ride though - took me 2.5 hours or so, so the bagel and premier bar were planned. The two cliff bars were more for mental energy, but hey, Im pretty sure I burned them off.
I'm looking forward to a shrimp and spinach dinner!
