I am still preop, but I am trying out some pureed soups so I can keep some variety in my life after surgery. These seem like they will be nice, healthy vessels for some unflavored protein. I sure hope my taste buds don't change too much after surgery because these soups are DELICIOUS!

Feel free to share other soups or pureed recipes-- I am willing to try anything. :)
