Working out makes me....
...FULL!
I was hungry before I went and worked out tonight and now I am home and I am FULL.
In the past working out would curve my appetite and it still does, the issue is, that I have only had 350 calories today (15g protein) so I know I NEED to eat something but really don't feel like it, I reather drink my water right now...
