I just do mine in Word - copy and paste the photos and crop / resize right on the page. If I want to email the file (to my surgeon or whomever) I usually convert to pdf so that it isn't so large.

Margo wow I had to go back and look at your day before surgery pic I can not even believe this is you. You look amazing. Great job.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.
