Winning at Poker LOL
Lately, I eat more often than I should, more carbs than I should, etc.
Not really documenting what I eat/drink.
Scale is reallllllyyyyy stuck.
However, I have been religiously running on my treadmill for 1.5 - 2 miles a day for 6 days a week AND doing 2x a week weight training with a gym trainer AND doing my own weight training at home 1/2 hour after I run.
Long story short?....Sitting at the poker table feeling kinda fat and a women asks me "Do you work out?"
......Why yes, yes I DO!
I'm thinking...(what does she see that I don't?)
Sometimes it's just the kinda feedback you need ((LMAO))
I'm going to go measure my hips now.....

HELLO FROM MERIDEN ,i also play poker at foxwoods apx 3 times a week (stud) i would love to talk to you about vsg ,i did all the steps now i have to meet with my doc and i hope to get it in 2-3 mo sure would love to talk ..thanks bruce
