I have lost almost 2 grown men. It is amazing what can happen when you make up your mind and say "I WILL DIE AS AN OBESE PERSON". Thanks Alma and Dr. Zapata, I couldnt have done it with out your help!

Thanks for the support. It was awesome because I walked with my daughter and had a suprise supper for her. 6 months ago I couldnt do that. I was healthy for her 18th birthday and that was all was all she wanted for it.
