S: 1 slice of cheddar done as cheese crisps
     1 strawberry w/a bite of shortcake
D: Salmon w/quinoa and a couple bites of veggie

S: Atkins Daybreak Bar (Chocolate Peanut Butter Crisp)
D: likely  2oz Grassfed 90/10 beef, 2/3 slice american cheese
1/2 in my various coffees during the day :)

Exercise: heading to the gym now

S: Ile de France mini brie
D: Book club tonight, friend is making lasagna. I'll likely crisp up half of a flat out and put some filling on it - maybe have a little salad
S: cheesecake. It's a book club thing and I love cheesecake, it's my planned cheat (thus the exercise LOL)

Exercise: 5k around the lake, burned 416 calories, baby! (earned that cheesecake)

Yesterday was a emotional roller coaster day and the eating went down hill all day.   I got up ready to keep the spiral going....and then Lilltle Debie did me a big favor....she made really nasty tasting brownies....when I opened the wrapper I noticed a smell like my dog's food....and the taste was to sweet..it was obviously a crap load of sugar trying to disguise crap.....


So that got me back on track(ish)

B: protein coffee with nasty brownie
S:  carbmaster yogurt with berries

D: nachos ( more cheese and pico than chips)
S: protein pudding
