Hope everyone is having a great weekend.  I am excited to watch the Packers and Giants play this afternoon.  Go Pack!

LND: 3 oz grouper, 1T risotto, 4 small stalks asparagus, 2 bites of better than sex cake
LNS: 10 pretzels

B: 2 oz rotisserie chicken w/ 1T mild buffalo sauce
S: greek yogurt
L: 2oz bacon cheddar burger patty (no bun), 1/2 slice cheese, 1 T light mayo, 1/4 cup cucumber/tomato/onion/feta salad
S: clementine, herbal tea
D: 2 oz salmon, more cucumber/tomato/onion/feta salad
S: herbal tea, 1T peanut butter maybe

water: over half done
vitamins: yes
exercise: Jillian Michael's 30 minute Shred (she definitely shredded me... don't think I'll be able to walk tomorrow)

G2 gatoraide, muscle milk protein shake, water, cyrstal light, sugar free jello and chicken broth with soy sauce.

Having a great weekend, hope everyone else is too! Don't give a rat's hind end about football, though.

LND: Leftover BBQ chicken from Ruby Tuesday's with a bite of zucchini and spaghetti squash
LNS: A tablespoon of natural almond butter

B: Shake @ 40 gm
L1: Half a Quest bar
L2: Shake @ 40 gm (I know, I am sooo predictable)
D: Italian sausage/marinara concoction of hubbies
S: Prob'ly another tablespoon of almond butter

Water: At 68 oz heading toward 96
Vitamins: Every day
Exercise: Just finished "Sweatin' to the Oldies"

.5 ounce sugar free syrup
1 Morningstar sausage link
Loved breakfast :)

2 pieces of Special K protein bar  (Sams Club)
1 ounce Special K protein shake (Sams Club)
1 Sargento low fat string cheese

B: 1 egg scrambled with 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese
Protein Coffee ( Pumpkin Spice Coffee with Bene protein, 3 scoops 18 g protein, 75 calories)

L: 1/2 premier protein bar

D: 2 ounces turkey burger
2-3 bites of steamed broccoli

S: 1/2 premier protein bar

Vitamins: yes
Water: 64 ounces in shooting for 80 ounces
Exercise: 34 minutes on treadmill at 3.2 miles/hour with 3.5 incline (my hiney is already a bit tender)
15 minutes arm weight machines

L - salad with lettuce, avacado, pomegranite seeds, 2 egg whites cooked with spinach (cooked like an omelet and then sliced on top of salad - YUMM) and balsamic glaze

D - Unsure - no food in the house (dangerous I know)

Exercise - will walk this afternoon (40-50 min on treadmill)
