I may be the wrong person to answer this, but my experience has been moreso with diabetic cook books, which I would think would serve almost the same purpose as a cook book for someone who has had wls, since eliminating carbs is key.

Anyways, my experience has been that cook books that market themselves for those purposes don't usually help me, because they are usually created by people who get their information from people who have never had the problem they are trying to address.

If you google "the world according to egg face", you will find a blog that many here seem to enjoy visiting. The woman who created this has lots of great recipes on her page that look like they would work nicely.

I hope that helps!

My nutritionist recommended these two.. I dont tend to like recipies in cookbooks, but my library has them, so I plan on borrowing them and then copying the recipies I like .

I just got Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery, I like it.  It gives you receipies for each stage of post-op, and easy to follow!

I have used the cookbooks already mentioned, and also use a lot of online blogs and websites for low-carb recipes. Even though my portion size is maybe a quarter or a third of what is indicated, an overall low carb way of eating has worked well for me post-op.

My favourites include:
