L: ham and cheese roller 2.2oz total 1.1 ham, 1.1 cheese
D: will be having parm encrusted tilapia
S: haven't felt hungry today yet.
water: half way. I only count my water oz. i drink other things during the day. I have 2 18oz hot tea's a day (decaf). however, i try to get my 64 oz of water also.

Exercise: "Sweatin' to the Oldies?", "Walk Away the Pounds?" One or the other as the spirit moves me.

Today is my first day after 3 week liquids and onto soft foods.
B: scrambled eggs with sliced American cheese
L: 1/2 cup of chicken salad
S: 3 Viennna sausages
Not sure what i will do for dinner yet, but I have 38g of protein without my shake. My NUT wants me to limit my shakes to 1 per day and get the rest of my protein from food. I'll end my day with my shake.

Not sure what i will do for dinner yet, but I have 38g of protein without my shake. My NUT wants me to limit my shakes to 1 per day and get the rest of my protein from food. I'll end my day with my shake.

S: Pure Protein vanilla shake
D: Poached egg, 2 breakfast balls, Frank's Hot Sauce
S: Dehydrated mushrooms dipped in greek yogurt with ranch mix mixed in
I did grab about 5 fries from my daughter's after school snack (don't judge, she's gluten free and I forgot to bring her an after school snack to violin - that child is RAVENOUS after school) without thinking. But not enough to affect my calories too badly, mindless much?
I'm sitting at around 600 calories for the day, 70 protein, 25 carbs. Not too shabby. I'll likely have some kale chips later if I want a crunch.
Yes, you read that right *I* had a shake. I've not had one in MANY months, but decided to give it a try again to see if it would give me a boost. I really need one right now for so many reasons (and only a small one of those is physical LOL)
