2 tablespoons, 65 cals, 5 grams of protien, 5 grams of carb.  They are a great salty/crunchy snack and just that little but fills me up for  a long time.

Sounds good.  I have never tried these before.  I will have to give them a try soon.

I found a link today about dried peas and dried edamame... I can't wait until I can try them.  I never like potato chips but sometimes I just need a little crunch!

I don't know how I ran into this as I wasn't even in OH...lol.  I ran into the veggie chips at a natural food consortium in So. Oregon last summer and they are wonderful.  You have to wade thru the whole site (liquid vitamins) to get to the peas and edamame.  I'm going to try Whole Foods before I pay him for shipping, but I was just happy to hear about them and since I'm on my last week of liquids, I'm pretty well hallucinating about something to chew.

Check the frozen veggie aisle in your regular groecery store.  Mine carries frozen organic edamame,  It is so good!

My grocery store has then in the produce section near things like plantain chips, nuts, etc.   I am 8 weeks out and first had them last week. (I ate them pre-op too).  They can cause some tummy rumbling so I wouldn't try them until you are comfortable with meat and other dense foods.
