Meeee! Omg for the first 3 weeks I was fine but this week and last it has been horrible. I'm thinking it's due to dehydration but I've been drinking more than enough fluids. I just don't understand. It's really devastating. I've had one non stop for a week already.
I would make sure you are getting enough fluids as someone else suggested, just in case. That can cause headaches or trigger a migraine. However, as someone who has had hormonal migraines, it is entirely possible. If one of your migraine triggers is estrogen (you have migraines a certain times of your cycle, when pregnant, etc.), then it makes perfect sense. Mine were triggered by an uptake in progesterone. My son had horrible migraines just before puberty, triggered by a different hormone combination. I haven't had a migraine since my surgery (thank God!), but I certainly think it would be possible if hormones are a trigger for you. Also log what you are eating and see if there may be a food trigger for you. It may not have been a trigger pre-surgery, but the body makes adjustments when we are sliced and diced and you may now have a new food sensitivity.
Good luck. Migraines are the worst.
