Just did it for 90 minutes... Before surgery at my old weight I wouldn't even have gone out..
Boy that felt good.. Funny when I am at the gym I am watching the time so I can get off as soon as it says I am done.. Never looked to see what time it was once.....

Good for you!!!!! I haven't had to do too much shovelling, though we had a freak storm a couple of days before Halloween.  On Halloween day, when I got home from work, I cleared off what was left off of the driveway (long enough to fit 4-5 cars), the walkway, the stairs and the deck, so none of the little trick or treaters would slip and fall.  What a great workout and I didn't feel so tired I had to sit for the next couple of hours!  My stamina and energy are so much better since surgery.  I didn't even whine to my husband!  After shovelling, I drove my 13 yr old to a friend's, got my 6 year old fed and costumed, then gave out treats to close to 200 kids (hubby took the 6 yr. old out) over the next 2 1/2 hours.
