Pepperoni "Chips" recipe

A friend of mine made these for a party we had for our support group...I have to share! They are crispy, crunchy, no carb, little discs of heaven!! I'm sure the calorie count and fat would lessen because the cooking releases some of the fat.

When she made them, she used regular pepperoni slices, when I tried them I used Turkey Pepperoni (my preference...not so greasy)

Line a paper plate with a paper towel and lay out the slices on the towel. Cover them with another sheet of paper towel. Microwave them until they turn brownish and let them cool....
and CRUUUNCH!

I didn't list how long to cook them for because all microwaves are different. When she did hers...she cooked them for four minutes. Mine took about a minute and a 1/2...Turkey Pepperoni is sliced a little thinner I think. Mine were even smoking just a little when I popped the door open...and they were perfec****ch them closely and have fun!

I always pre-cook pepperoni before I put it on pizza and stuff (b/c of the grease) and I have overcooked them a few times and ended up with these chips, everyone fights over them. Seriously, the kids like wrestle each other to the floor over them LOL

I had my sleeve done on 1/18/2011.  I am feeling good, physically struggling emotionally though.  Anyone else go through this?  Also can I double up on my protein intake in one drink, 40 grams instead of 20 grams?
