Well, the biggest day of the football year is upon us.  I, for one, am relaxing my plan for today.  I'm not saying it's right, but that's what I'm doing.  And then it's back to my strict plan again tomorrow.

B: protein hot chocolate
S: 2 oz catfish, 2 bites mac & cheese, 1 bite cornbread (all leftovers)
L: 4 chicken wings (baked and ate them without the skin)
S: 2 lemon cookies
D: homemade nachos with 2 oz ground beef, 1 oz cheese, 10 chips, 2T salsa
S: 1 lemon cookie

water: half done, half to go
vitamins: all but vit D done
exercise: walked the dogs

NEXT!

D:Saute spinach,white asparagus, babybell gouda
S: protein drink

 Vitamins: Yep

As I'm just starting my 5th week, I can't afford to relax my plan much so...

B:  FF greek yogurt w/ 2 tb. of chopped fresh peach
S:  1 oz cottage cheese
L:  4 boiled fresh shrimp
S:  1 tb. garlic/herb hummus w/4 veggie chips
D:  White bean & turkey chili
S:  FF/SF butterscotch pudding

 mine is still boring water, cl, broth and a 1/2 boost lol 


but can't wait till i can eat the things listed above and so excited if that quanity would actually fill me up!

D- 2 oz groundbeef with sauteed onion and 1 oz shredded cheese

Water- 48 oz so far
Exercise- 30 minutes on the treadmill- done

 L: Del Taco Toasada with extra cheese ate all but the last 3 bites, mini kit kat
 Working on 2nd 33.9 oz water
 For dinner later chicken in pesto or a shake depending on how lazy I'm feeling
