Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Super Bowl Sunday
Well, the biggest day of the football year is upon us. I, for one, am relaxing my plan for today. I'm not saying it's right, but that's what I'm doing. And then it's back to my strict plan again tomorrow.
B: protein hot chocolate
S: 2 oz catfish, 2 bites mac & cheese, 1 bite cornbread (all leftovers)
L: 4 chicken wings (baked and ate them without the skin)
S: 2 lemon cookies
D: homemade nachos with 2 oz ground beef, 1 oz cheese, 10 chips, 2T salsa
S: 1 lemon cookie
water: half done, half to go
vitamins: all but vit D done
exercise: walked the dogs
NEXT!

D: White bean & turkey chili
S: FF/SF butterscotch pudding

L- 1 muscle Milk Protein shake w/ 1/2 scoop unflavored unjury
S- 2 oz spicy meatballs
D- 2 oz groundbeef with sauteed onion and 1 oz shredded cheese
S- 1 muscle milk protein shake w/ 1/2 scoop unflavored unjury
Vitamins- 1/2 done
Water- 48 oz so far
Exercise- 30 minutes on the treadmill- done
L- 1 muscle Milk Protein shake w/ 1/2 scoop unflavored unjury
