600-800 calories per day
At least 60g of protein... got closer to 80 the closer got to goal
Less than 40g carbs... got lower closer to goal (avoided bread, pasta, rice, etc)
At least 64 oz fluids
I have a fat limit, but tied to stick to lean meats and dairy, while incorporating healthy fats like olive oil and a few nuts and some avocado (high in calories though)
Also 30-60 minutes of exercise 4-6 times per week
