I didn't have sweat pants - perhaps my gay genes saved me from that fashion faux pas - but I did have those horrible khaki pants with the elastic waistband so the pants could expand and still fit when you sit down.  Ugh.

You got me laughing!
My brother and his spouse of 30+ years said (after I told them about this post in conversation) that at their age and weight....they embrace sweat pants fashion. They simply color coordinate to the furniture....LOL

They are in their 60's so I guess its ok????(the furniture is tan, lol)
Stay young as long as you can, I say.

SANS A BELT PANTS???!!! Oh no Ruggie!!! You're way too good looking for those!  I think part of the reason I chose the VSG when I did is because I was headed for sweatpants and elastic banded skirts. Another 20 lbs and I would have been there.

Give those bad boys away Frisco!!!

LOL, no sweat pants because they are taboo at work but, I wear the least fashionable clothes at work. Everything stretchy and with elastic and long shirts the bigger the better. UGh....I did this because of health issues. However, I would be a liar if I didn't say I can't wait to start shedding some pounds so I stop dressing worse than my 94 year old grandmom.

I had lots of yoga pants... the female equivalent of mens' sweat pants.  I hated wearing anything that wasn't stretchy.  Jeans were a killer and I only wore them when I had to.

Now I love wearing jeans.  Bought a pair of "skinny" size 8 jeans yesterday.  kick ass!

I would just steal my husbands sweats and tees...then it didn't count.
Just like the cake I ate off his plate. Never counts if it didn't hit your plate or your drawer.

Just sayin.....
