Try a sugar free popsicle, sugar free jello or sugar free pudding.

Bariatric Advantage calcium chews taste like candy, carmel or chocolate.  Also, for the crunchy snack
try Gerber Graduates baby food cheese puffs.  They are 35 cal. for 18 and 4gm carbs and a good source of zinc and other minerals so the can states.

You might want to start tracking your cycles, girlie, so you can be prepared and know when your Zombie-Pie-Hole-Stuffing hormonal phase is coming.  I just make sure I stay filled up with protein, because feeding my sweet yen just makes my TrixyBich think she can have sweet stuff any time she yanks my chain.  For me, my cycle can come anywhere from 15 days to 32 days after the 1st day of my last cycle.  On day 15 I start ramping up my awareness and pushing protein and making choices that nurture my soul, more than just tickle my tongue. *I cannot ever really get enough of what I do not really want* So, in that vein, I work on gratitude, moving my body, sleeping well, and making choices be as nutritious as possible.

You could freeze up your protien shake, or make a muffin in a minute (protein powder, water, put in nuker for 30 seconds).

But do be forewarned, for many of us, there is a point in our cycle where we have the hungry faces, nothing is going to "cure" the wants, and our capacity seems greater.  Its just what it is. *shrug*

Its a learning curve! FoSho!

Peaches too.  Egg face has a cannoli fix in her site.  I didn't like it but tastes have changed.

What about sugarfree hot chocolate over light whipped cream?  I know it whipped cream but a little goes a long way.
