Update 1 month Dr. Visit Today

Hello OH Family,

Just an update on my progress.  By my scale I am down to 225.  I was 246 on my scale the day of surgery.  This is weighing naked first thing in the mornings.  My doctor's visits are always in the afternoon after I have been drinking or eating all day.  His scale says 229.  He says that I am down a whopping 19 pounds and he was satisfied with that.  That is 17% loss of excess body weight. Doing the Happy Dance!!!! I tried to update ticker but it isn't working.

Ticker takes a while to update. Sometimes hours and hours. YOu'll see that by tomorrow it'll be reset to your new weight.

I am 4 weeks today too! That's awesome about your weight loss! I went through the same thing, I was 225 pre-op, and I weighed 200.4 this morning at home, but dr's scale said 204.4, I am down according to them, 21lbs in 4 weeks, so Ive lost 26% of my excess weight! Also, how do you get the weight loss ticker?
