Stalls- How long is the longest you`ve had???
I was sleeved 8/24/11 - - and am just now coming out of a stall that has lasted almost 7 weeks. It was pretty disheartening! I kept thinking, "This will break, surely it will break." At week 5, I had just about given up all hope and had decided that my body was just done losing weight.
A week and a half ago, I ramped up my workouts and I also upped my carbs (just a tiny bit - in the form of one-half of a banana before I get on the treadmill every day) and the scale is finally moving in the right direction again (down 3lbs in the last four days). I am a stair-step loser anyway - - so a stall for this long is super frustrating!

I am 6 months out and ma currently in a 7 week stall. I have been exercising quite a bit more but am starting back to basics this week with a strict schedule of eating to hopefully cut back any lapses into grazing that I've developed. It is very disheartening to wake up to the same number on the scale for weeks!
oh boy do I know I am floating between 171.6 and 174.6, everyday for the last 7 or so weeks it has been at that. I know not to best eating habits do not help but I am making sure I stay around 1200 calories. I`ve been reading a lot of other posts and I think if I lower my calorie intake it maybe that will help. People who are on thier last 30 or less pounds seem to need to go down to 600-800 calories a day....
I`m getting discouraged but I refuse to be done losing in the 170`s when I`m only 5`1.
Thanks for the posts I guess we all go through so discouraging moments in our process.
