I was Dec. 28 and I'm down about 46lbs since my surgery. Like others, it has slowed down, but I'm getting back to the gym tonight, so a regular workout program should help!

I was sleeved on 12-19 and have lost 24 pounds since surgery and 34 in all. It's much slower than I expected but I love my sleeve!

12/21 sleever (old username was krismacca but since the whole Facebook/privacy thing.... changed that). Down about 46 lbs including pre-op, which makes me more than happy. I only get on the scale on Thursdays (Fridays at times 'cause I'm not a happy morning person), and seeing the number on the scale yesterday was awesome because, for the first time in at least 10 years, I weigh less than my father (by .4 lbs). Next goal is my brother, another 25lbs down the road, but that jerk still has his awesome metabolism where he just has to THINK about losing weight and it falls off!

The numbers on the scale feel like they're crawling, but the initial clothing drop was huge in and of itself. I went from a 26/28 pant to a 20/22 within about 3 weeks. I'm comfortably in a few pairs of 20s now, and a pair of 18W jeans. Tops went from 22/24 to 18/20 but the girls have gone down a cup size in some bras, just band size in others. Given that I'm a pear shape, I'm ok with that. I don't and never will understand women's plus sizing across different stores, especially in jeans. I can get into a 18W in one store in one style but need a 26 in the same store with a different cut? Do they not realize the human ego can't take that sort of trauma!?

I now have a deal with a coworker... 60 more lbs gone and I have to wear a skirt or dress to work. I'll have to buy one first.

Down 80 Pounds since 1/2011. Surgery 12/1 I have lost 50 since surgery. No loss since 2/9. I am a true stairstep loser. No loss for 10-12 days then 5-6 pounds in 2 days. No regrets!

Doing great here, the only complication was taken care of  with some weak Miralax every other day.  Down 35 lbs since the morning of surgery.   I started trying on more cloths from my closet and was bummed  to find I had lost so much I have an entire section I should have been wearing, that are now too big for me ...(and that's a good thing as Martha would say)   Labs are doing good.   I do have hunger after about 3 hours  from a meal but so far I have been able to do between 600-700 calories, 100 gr of protein, 30 ish carbs, 64+ ounces of water every day, in three meals with nothing in between, that is my plan, I am working it.  (maybe too much protein but my surgeon says its fine)   Moved on to white soft fish and cooked veggies as  per my plan, since then soups and even cottage cheese appear to be in the rear view mirror even though I like them, fish rules.  I wasn't suppose to but I had a chicken thigh, yum  I want more....  I have tolerated every food in my stages so far, without upset, I must have a sleeve of steel...  I asked my surgeon what size boogie tube he used and he said he didn't use boogies, he said  the tube was just  a little bit smaller then a quarter, I wonder how that compares to others?

I am Thankful for this forum, the surgery and of good things I cant even imagine right now, that are coming in the future!!!
