VSG on 02/04/12 with

Today, I RAN!!! Not just brisk walking, not a light jog but a full on RUN!!! And I kept it up for 10 minutes. I could have kept it up much longer but I didn't want to put my knees into shock. If I wake up with fine knees then I will DEFINITELY be doing this regularly!

2 miles walked, 1 RAN. Oh that feels good!!!!

Please tell me what NSV means? I've tried to figure it out and I can't come up with anything sensible.

It means Non Scale Victory! A great thing that has nothing to do with the number on the scale.
