Medical Records ?

My insurance company requires a 5 year medical history and with my present doctor only goes back 2 years. Surgeons Office says that i will be denied if i dont have five.:( Does any one know if records from the emergency room would count?!They are 85cents per page but im willing to pay if i think it will help my case.

 Hospital records count! My insurance company(Aetna) required the same thing and it worked for me.

My ins required the same thing,  But I quit weighing at the Dr's office because I was to heavy and felt bad.  So I had belonged to WW and Herbal life weight programs and they accepted that documentation.  So I would imagine any Dr's documentation would definately work.  Good Luck.

Mine needed the same thing.  Had only been with my present doc 2 years but had been with my OBGYN for 12 years and they took both reports.
