Holy **** girl! That's amazing!!! Was the whole 100 post op? I want to be like you when I grow up! I totally think I have those before undies. Do they have a cat on them? That is an amazing transformation especially in 6 months. Can you give some examples of what you eat in a day and your exercise routine?

haha you gave me a good giggle. holy **** is a better response than what i was expecting. lol. i lost about 15 preop. but 100 total. no those undies dont have a cat on them. thankyou so much. i usually eat turkey bacon for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch, and some type of meat and vegetables for dinner. and and ham and cheese wrapped up in between or maybe a cup on milk. and i do zumba a couple times a week and do strength training too.
