is this normal?

I have been eating cottage cheese (1-2 oz) for one meal and egg salad (1-20z) for another but starting last night and this morning, its starting to make me nauseous when I eat them, is this normal? or is there something wrong?

You're still early out and your sleeve is going to be tempermental at times. I can remember early on one day things would sit perfectly, the next I would find them repulsive. Nothing wrong!

I even nick named it sleevezilla and Lola - whatever Lola wants, Lola gets.

I would just try eating something different - maybe some thin oatmeal. If you are feeling nauseous between your meals, go ahead and take the anti-nausea pills.

Stay hydrated! Often when we start eating foods, fluids take a back seat. Dehydration can cause nausea, so drink up!
