So just wondering did you do 6 months and then had to do another 6 months?

It almost sounds like they didn't get the 6 mos. of supervised diet, it wouldn't be the first time paperwork got left out. Maybe get the records from your primary ypourself and send them or call and aske exactly what they need and explain that you did see your doc for 6 mos. and discussed nutrition and exercise for weight loss. Some docs don't know how to write it up in a way the ins. co. wants to see it. Absolutely don't give up tho, like the others said appeal! Best of luck to you!
