Took the dogs for a walk for an hour.  Hoping to get motivated to work the elliptical a little later tonight.

Very windy here today so normally I would walk the dogs, but it's just not pleasant out there.

So instead I did Jillian Michael's 30 day shred... she definitely shredded me!  I'm sore!

 Just got back from a walk, about 3/4 of a mile or so.  
I just had surgery on Tuesday, the 21st.

I know it's so old school now but I still like to do Step Aerobics once in a while. If I do that for 45 minutes like I did today with a 10-12 inch step, I get drenched. It's a great workout!

 Added in more... 10 minutes elliptical and 10 mintues strength training.  Still short 40 calories for my work out goal so I will pick up a little more of something.  

Ruggie, love that you are working on the couch to 5k.  The hubby and I just started talking about this today.  I am still too heavy to do any kind of running, but my goal is to walk/jog the 4 mile loop by my home.  Now if i can just get my joints to stop aching from walking for an hour...
