which is better?

I see that there is 30 grams of protein..wow all that I have taken befor is between 17-20 grams..any ideas?

I think they are basically the same. It's just one is pre-made the other is a powder. I use the pre-made. I buy mine at Costco. Costco only sells the chocolate and vanilla.
