still having issues with my profile pic.....

not sure why I am having so many issues? I got a link from someone to resize my picture and it did make it smaller, but apparently not small enough? it is still saying my pic is too large....anyone have any ideas??

This did work!! But I am uploading it as a new avatar--why is it not changing that to my new profile pic??

I just used the Paint program that came with my pc.  Cropped it to where I wanted it, then clicked resize and clicked the "pixels" button typed in "100" and cropped some more if it was off a little until it was 100 x 100. 

Probably not the best way to do it...but it worked.  :)  HTH

I'm not sure.  I was just playing around with my avatar and I found when I uploaded the avatar my profile pic didn't switch over until I hit the refesh button and once I did that, both pictures matched.  HTH.

never mind lol--it must just take a few minutes--thank yall so much for your help!!
