I am wondering if anyone here has one of these and if so your thoughts on it I would like to get one way better then ice cream that's for sure. what are your thoughts on it everyone?

It's tempting, in fact I asked for one of these for Xmas and didn't get one.  As I thought more about it, though, I think it's not for me.  Bananas are full of sugar, which I don't do well on - meaning, when I eat it, it makes me want to eat more and more.  YMMV.

Early out, assuming you don't react to sugar with cravings, you might put it on your "future" list.  During weight loss phase I'd stick to protein.

You'd be making some high carb treats that'll go down like sliders. Something to think about!

Honestly, I think you'd be better off with whole fruit, if that's what you're after. OR you could just go to a frozen yogurt place and get some fat free, no sugar added fro yo. It's 80 calories, 0 fat, 16 carbs for 1/2 cup. I have had one a couple of times since I was sleeved and it hits the spot and easily works into my carb day because I'm usually right around 20, even though I allow myself 40 carbs per day.
