Old Navy and the 14 day price guarentee

A little less than 2 weeks ago I went out and bought some clothes from Old Navy.  I was pretty excited that I found 2 blazers that were unusually long in the sleeves, so I paid full price- highly unusual for me.  Bought the daughter some clothes too.  Nothing crazy.  Yesterday I went back to find the blazers marked down from $40 to $13.50.  Sent the DH home to fetch them so I could return and repurchase and found out that...

Old Navy will adjust to the lowest price up to 14 days after your purchase.  All they have to do is scan the receipt- no needd to drag the clothes back in!  Even better, I have my receipts emailed to me so I just showed her the email on my phone, she typed in the numbers, and bam!  Just like that I got over $50 back!  I ended up using it to buy more clothes and bento boxes of course, but the point is that I will now always take the time to have the scan the receipt!

Just thought I would pass this along, as Old Navy has inexpensive clothing perfect for us folks who are flying through sizes- and they carry talls that are even tall enoguh for my amazon body!

That's good to know

On another note, this made me giggle because you're talking about how tall you are, and I just posted a thread about how short I must be compared to everyone else here lol!

I do like Old Navy though, and will probably start shopping there again when I lose through the clothes I already have that are too small.

How do you get your receipts emailed to you??

Old navy has been my go to store during the losing phase, I get a new pair of jean about every month and at $19 I don't mind :)

When you check out, ask the cashier.  They have the ability to enter in the email and store it associated with your card (or phone number?).  Everytime you check out after that just remind the cashier.  Not sure if it works for online purchases- didn't think about that until now.

I lv ON! I always get in the smaller size there first. I can squeeze in a two there now if I don't breathe or sit! But it tells me they will fit if I lose another 5 pounds.

Good to know.  Another ON fan here.  Most of my clothes since surgery are from ON.  Most recent was 4 new tee shirts that were on a BOGO...came to about $4 a shirt.

Love Old Navy too!  They make everything easy and their prices are reasonable.

Just some FYI most stores have this same kind of policy. Even Walmart! The length of time may be different depending on the place. I bought a TV at Sams one day for 700 and thirty days later it was on clearance for half that. They were able to pull the purchase up in their system and do the refund immediately. This is one thing I have my ex to thank for teaching me this trick so now I always read the info boards at customer service.
