My new favorite water drink!

When I was a kid I loved tang...remember that?  Well when I had my sleeve and needed to start drinking more water I looked everywhere for sugar free tang...they no longer make it.  Thanks to my good friend Lee I just discovered Mio liquids.  They are in the crystal light section of your store and they are a liquid that you add to your water, no calories.  Well the orange tangerine one is my new favorite drink...just had to share!  It tastes just like Tang!  They have lots of other yummy flavors too..and it is the perfect size to keep in your purse.  Thanks Lee for this great find!  Thought others might like to know about it too...or was I the last to learn of Mio?

I like the sweet tea. Being from the south I miss my sweet tea and this one taste just like the tea we used to drink. I like the fact that you can make it as strong or as weak as you like. I miss my Tang also. Crystal Light has one that taste like tang but it is hard to find some days.

Is the sweet tea in crystal light? Does the package say sweet tea?

it's Mio.... its liquid flavoring and comes in a little triangle shaped container... it's usually where the crystal light and gatorade type stuff are... there are lots of flavors... and walmart has a generic one thats a $ cheaper, same flavor

usually just a few drops ( more or less to taste) in water... or we also add to our syntrax protein shakes to mask the after taste sometimes....

Love the Mio Sweet Tea suggestion, and I'm assuming it has sugar in it?  I love sweet tea, but I don't want to start off my diet with added sugar.

I've been using MIO flavorings for almost a year now. Someone on the Lightweights board mentioned it and when I tried it, I really liked it. I like that it is sucralose and not aspartame (which I can't tolerate). I like the berry pomegranate.

Ever since surgery, I am more sensitive to artificial sweetners, but this is one that I can tolerate and the concentration can be adjusted, depending upon preference.

I just bought this also and love it!  Sometimes plain water gets boring and you need to jazz it up!

You know being from the south, our sweet tea is our wine. While I love the mio favors, the sweet tea just doesn't taste fresh brewed like I love it! I have solved that now. I take four packs of Lipton cold brew packs and let them sit in a 4 liter pitcher for at least an hour. I then buy the Splenda in the big bags which most use for cooking but I use the big scooper to then sweeten my tea to my liking. Taste just like good southern sweet tea. Sometimes I have to remind myself it doesn't have sugar. Regarding the mio, Walmart also makes a great value brand that is 1.00 cheaper than the mio and has some floors that mio doesn't have like grape and lemonade.
