Jello cups

The 10 Cal Jello Cupos that you can get in a multi-pack at Costco, does anyonek now how many oz of liquid they count as? I just started one and am small peices and just smashed it in my mouth, It's going  down so easy . When I try to drink my protein mix and broth I get a little gas so I haven't been getting more than 20-30 oz of water a day and I'm supposed to have 48-64

 They are 3.25 oz and 10 calories.
