Sinus infection and allergic reaction to the antbiotics is knocking me down today, but here it goes:

B: bacon - 3 pieces
S: protein bar
L: chicken 1 oz
S: chicken 1 oz
D: hamburger, just the meat (might get 2 oz in)
S: protein bar maybe

Choked down all the vitamins - wasn't easy today
5 glasses of water done - shooting for 12 total
Exercise: don't know if I'll do any today

1/2 cup whole milk with my coffee
protein shake w/ 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 slice swiss cheese and 1 slice ham
3 McD chicken selects w/ honey mustard sauce (full disclosure here :-(
1 tiny little italian cookie (my customer practically forced it on me)
2/3 cup home made chili

water done
exersize ( 3 hours of kick ass!)
