“Not many of us are living at our best. We linger in the lowlands because we are afraid to climb the mountains. The steepness and ruggedness dismay us, and so we stay in the misty valleys and do not learn the mystery of the hills. We do not know what we lose in our self indulgence. What glory awaits us if only we had the courage for the mountain climb. What blessing we should find if only we would move to the uplands of God.? JRM

L: Isopure smoothie and a slice of whole grain toast. First time since surgery, but damn was my stomach not feeling too hot. It was just the ticket :0)
S: 1 hardboiled egg diced up with 2 tsp greek yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper.
D: Probably some leftover chicken if the stomach can tolerate it. If not a protein shake. I will have to see how the protein ends up- I wasn't allowed to eat yesterday so I am running a deficit. I may add in Isopure Plus later in the evening to try and boost the protein.
