Low Carb Pizza
I see your in CA
I get mine at Whole Foods.....and I have seen it at Safeway but I don't think it's regular item for them.
The brand is "California Lavash" I get the one called original.
I just freeze the whole pack....than use as needed.

I was all gung ho over getting lavish bread and tortilla, any bread type of stuff before my surgery. I finally got on here juat bwfore I placed an order and realized I need to fill myself with protein first, not low carb breads. Still I don't think I could eat enough to allow room for this and to still get my protein in. never brought any yet and approaching seven months post op. I guess I would have brought some if I didnt think about just eating the toppings, so when I need a fix the toppings do the trick. Sure hope I can hold off these thoughts of pizza now lol. Just wanted to share this because I see your surgery date was not that long ago.
I have the best recipe for a low carb high protein pizza.
I will share the link. I've made it twice and it's sooo easy, very rich and filing (but then isn't everything filling for us? LOL) I make one and keep half of it in the fridge for a quick lunch.
The base is made with chicken and cheese, it crisps up just like a crust and my son loves it too and he is very picky about pizza.
