Sorry that you are in pain! Hope you feel better soon. I would contact your surgeon to find out for future purposes.

My actual goal is to be happy & healthy....doesn't matter what number that lands on.

I don't know enough about Demerol to know whether or not we can have it. I would definitely contact your surgeon.

I've been under the impression there isn't anything we can't have... there's no rerouting of anything, just a smaller stomach. The only thing my surgeon said was to take pepto before I take pain meds because they can be irritating to the smaller stomach.

MY SURGEON GAVE ME A TWO PAGE LIST AND ALSO SAID ABSOLUTELY NO NSAIDS..BUT ALL SURGEONS ARE DIFFERENT I SUPPOSE

I had a Demerol Rx post-op with my VSG because I am allergic to everything else. So, I guess it is OK.
