Great job LaToya! How did you loose 107 lbs in 4 months? Are you burning like 6,000 calories a day like they do on Biggest Looser working out for 7 hours a day? Thats just incredible! My loss has really slowed down a lot lately.

LaToya you are doing phenomenally!! You will figure out a goal weight, what is best for you, and you definitely feel it in your body if you lose too much. Keep up the great work!
