For some reason, I am completely locked out of myfitnesspal account. I even changed the password twice, still says that it’s the wrong username and passwords… don’t know what’s going on.

I'm getting that "down for maintenance" screen too. I bet your issue was something others were dealing with, and this is probably what they are working on... just a guess though
