Familiar with the resize picture site??

Someone game me this site and it worked before to shrink my profile pic--but now WILL NOT work for me! I dont know what I am doing wrong? I thought maybe someone on here may be familiar with it?? I am putting in 100 pixels and it keeps saying its still too big??

That site is how I got my profile pic to shrink. Does it actually say it's unsuccessful or something like that? I do know you have to press the F5 key after for it to work.

I just use Photobucket. Not familiar with that one.

I use this one. I am very tech challenged. It was super easy!!

i use microsoft paint....  go to "stretch/skew" and downsize it....  works for me....
