Well, yesterday was my 44th birthday. I was fully expecting to gain weight this morning when I got on the scale.

I didn't get carried away but I didnt know what to expect this morning.

My mother bought 2 dozen crabs for us to eat and I had no idea how it would sit in my stomach or how much I could eat since crab meat is a lot of water and light. As it turns out, I could only eat 2 crabs and I was completely stuffed. A few hours later I had a very small piece of cake.

To my surprise today I was .8 lb lighter then yesterday! Yay!

Yaaaaaa! Happy happy birthday! I will be 30 in July but happier and healthier than I ever was in my 20's. So with loosing weight, I will not be sad about turning 30!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY my brother from another mother. Hope this year brings with it every thing you want. Glad it went well and started off super. Also glad you got crabs LOL. your doin great.
